PURPOSE: A cyber bank system and method for providing services thereof is provided to enable a customer to make a profit by diversifying financial products, by reducing the expenses according that works are efficiently processed, and by providing information and services to the customer. CONSTITUTION: A cyber-bank system(20) includes a server(10) composed of a customer connection unit(2) connected with a customer terminal(1), an analysis unit(3), a customer authorization unit(4), an electronic money issuing company system connection unit(50) connected with an electronic money issuing system(30), a data storing unit(6) and an electronic money storing unit(7) and a cyber bank operating unit(11). The analysis unit(3) analyzes contents of services and related information requested by the customer connection unit(2). In addition, the analysis unit(3) checks whether authorization information on customers is proper. The data storing unit(6) stores information necessary for providing services. The electronic money storing unit(7) stores the customers' electronic money. The cyber bank operating unit(11) provides requested services according to the authorization of the analysis unit(3). In addition, the cyber bank operating unit(11) changes customer information of the data storing unit(6) and electronic money information of the money storing unit(7).
