PURPOSE: A decorative memorial tablet frame is provided which improves article productivity by displaying a very elegantly shaped frame as a whole, easily attaching to or detaching from the frame a memorial tablet or a plaque of thanks, and simply attaching to or detaching from frames various memorial tablets or medals in the state that the frames are mass produced. CONSTITUTION: The decorative memorial tablet frame comprises a base having a certain size; a fixed member which is formed in a square ring shape and partially adhered onto the upper surface of the base; a first decorative member(3) which is a cloth having a specific color and adhered onto the upper surface of the base in such a manner that the first decorative member(3) is formed as it is forming a curved surface at a certain elevation projected from the upper side of a position to which the fixed member is attached; cutout parts which are formed by partially cutting out the upper and lower parts of the first decorative member(3) that is contacted with the fixed member; second decorative parts(5) consisting of insertion parts which are inserted to the bottom of the fixed member through the cutout parts and decorative parts(52) which are extended from the insertion parts and formed in a coil shape by being rolled up; a thin plate shaped memorial tablet which is detachably inserted and fixed between the upper and lower decorative parts(52) so that it is closely adhered to the central part(1a) of the base, and on which the message to be memorable is printed; a finishing member(6) which is coupled onto the base that is formed at the outer side of the fixed member; and a frame body which is attached to the upper side of the finishing member(6).
