PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care compensation processing system where the request work of a care service dealer and the paying work of a care service user are reduced. SOLUTION: Care service result data Ds are received from plural care service dealers who are previously registered and are accumulated in a data base 40. Self-expenses of the care service user in the care compensation amount of care service given from one or plural care service dealers within a prescribed period are operated based on the accumulated result of result data Ds and the operated results are outputted for the respective care service users.
