PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll member for electrophotographic apparatus which is low in hardness, is high in expansion magnification, is small in cell diameter and is inexpensive. SOLUTION: This roll member for the electrophotographic apparatus is formed by using an expandable polymer composition essentially consisting of the following (A) to (C) components: (A) The polymer which consists of a structural unit having a main chain to be derived from a saturated hydrocarbon polymer and has at least two hydroxyl groups. (B) A hydrosilyl compound. (C) A catalyst.
