PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a complicated waterproof structure of a power feeding cable to an antenna, to improve the radiation of radio waves, to expand directivity, and to secure the watertightness of a case for housing an electronic circuit and the antenna with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The rotation of an impeller 4 of a metering part 5 is detected by a magnetic sensor in a meter indication part 8 having a watertight structure, and calculated and accumulated by the electronic circuit on an electronic circuit board 14, so that a water use quantity is displayed on a liquid crystal display part 11. The water use quantity is transmitted with radio waves from a radio circuit part through the antenna formed by printing on the undersurface of a glass window 16. The upper opening of the case 9 of the meter indication part 8 is kept watertight by an O-ring 15 and the glass window 16. The meter indication part 8 is mounted to a lower case 1 at the position of an upper case 21 through packing 20. A member 19 is packing. |
