PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust manifold to generate a perfect frictional pressure bonding by the use of a low-cost clamp jig. SOLUTION: The exhaust manifold 1 is structured so that a cylinder head mounting flange 2 is installed at one-side ends of a plurality of branch pipes 3 and a flange part 5 is formed in the downstream of a converging part 4 at the other end and is joined with a catalyst case 6 by frictional pressure bonding, wherein a rib 11 is formed protrusively along the converging part 4 of the flange part 5 for preventing a warp of the clamp jig 9 to clamp the area near the converging part 4 when the frictional pressure bonding is to be made.
