PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring water disposal sheet material capable of facilitating/simplifying the mounting of a spring water disposal sheet material, increasing efficiency of work, shortening a construction period and reducing a construction cost. SOLUTION: The spring water disposal sheet material is so constituted that elastic members 2 equipped with water permeability along the longitudinal direction are arranged and fixed to one face side of a sheet body 1 formed in the shape of a belt, the elastic members 2 are put on a water permeable supporting member 3 mounted to one face side of the sheet body 1, cylindrical holding cylinder sections 6 are provided to the side edges of the sheet body 1 along the longitudinal direction and, at the same time, that mounting belts 7 consisting of a soft elastic material such as synthetic resin or the like are inserted into the holding cylinder sections 6.
