PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment system capable of integrally generating a precise medical record, exchanging information by the medical record and disclosing information. SOLUTION: An integrally managed medical treatment basic business system has an information network provided with (1) a means for preparing a medical treatment supporting data base, an integrated electronic medical record by means of an indirect medical treatment supporting processing such a reception business and a direct integrated electronic medical record by means of a medical treatment support system supporting the diagnosis and treatment remedy of a doctor and a dentist and a means for automatically preparing a receipt by the means, (2) a means connecting a reception in a hospital, respective medical treatment rooms, hospitals or respective houses by a computer network and constructing a medical treatment network, (3) a means which preserves/records the integrated electronic medical record including a medical treatment record and individual information in an integrated basic data base, distributes the electronic medical record to the reception, the medical treatment room or the other system and uses it at need and writes it into the integrated basic data base if it is updated and (4) means which preserves an electronized book such as a medical dictionary and supplies it on communications. |
