PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the possibility of occurrence of unauthorized act, such as pilferage, for a seal, and to surely seal products even if errors occur therein. SOLUTION: A movable wall 42, formed integrally with a fitting projection 44 is disposed in a space 14 for insertion of a head 16 at one end of a belt 12. This movable wall 42 is adapted to fix its one edge to a lower inner wall 34 of the head 16 but is not to fix another edge to an upper inner wall 36 of the head 16, so that the movable wall moves, when it is exerted with external force and returns to its home position, when the external force is removed. A detaining front end 18 at one end of the belt 12 has a fitting hole 30 to be fitted to the fitting projection 44. The fitting projection 44 of the movable wall 42 and the fitting hole 30 of the detaining front end 18 are fitted by inserting the detaining front end 18 into the space 14 for insertion of the head 16, with which sure sealing is accomplished. Since there are no easily deformable points at the detaining front end 18, the occurrence of the unauthorized acts are prevented.
