PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling control device for internal combustion engine of simple structure at a low cost whereby enhancement of the responsiveness is established. SOLUTION: The engine 11 and a radiator 15 are connected and cooling passages 16, 18, 19, 20 for circulation of the cooling water are provided, and in these passages 16, 18, 19 and 20, thermostat valves 17 are installed to control the circulation line in accordance with the temperature of the cooling water, while a bypass line 23 is arranged round the thermostat valves 17 and furnished with a solenoid valve 24 to make the opening/closing control in accordance with the operating condition.
