<p>PURPOSE: Provided are N-alkyloxycarbonyl-5-fluorocytosines which have less toxicity but excellent anticancer activity and their preparation. CONSTITUTION: A compound of the formula(2), its pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate is provided, wherein R1 is hydrogen, C2-C5 alkyl group or C3-C5 alkenyl group; R2 is hydrogen, an atomic group easily hydrolyzed under physiological condition, a protective group easily removed; and R3 is C2-C7 alkyl group or alkenyl group. Also, a compound of the formula(3), its pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate is provided, wherein R1 is hydrogen, C2-C5 alkyl group or C3-C5 alkenyl group; and R2 is hydrogen, an atomic group easily hydrolyzed under physiological condition, a protective group easily removed.</p> |
