METHOD FOR PRODUCING BOARD-SHAPED CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing board-shaped construction material which is light weight and is excellent in thermal insulating property, soundproof property, waterproof property and workability in the winter season. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing board-shaped construction material comprises steps of (i) mixing 0.8 wt% of cement and 1.6 wt% of fine sand to form a cement mortar; (ii) adding 20 to 30 wt% of wood chips, 4 to 6 wt% of calcium carbonate, 1 to 2 wt% of calcium chloride and less than 0.01 wt% of an inorganic pigment to the mortal from the step (i) and homogenizing the mixture; and (iii) molding the mixture, followed by curing. The material produced by the method can be used as a material for ceiling, slab, wall, etc.
