PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail transmitting/receiving system, which can be effectively used as an advertisement system for further improving the validity of an Internet advertisement, for example, for adding and returning new information to a user by electronic mail by a site, which receives electronic mail from the user. SOLUTION: This electronic mail transmitting/receiving system has an electronic mail receiving part 21 for receiving electronic mail from plural users, electronic mail data storage part 22 for storing electronic mail data received by the receiving part 21, database means 23 for reading the data from the electronic mail data storage part 22 and making these data into database, means 25 for discriminating the validity of information made into database, information totaling and adding means 26 and 27 for totaling the information discriminated valid and adding new information, and electronic mail transmitting part 29 for transmitting electronic mail information added by the information totaling and adding means 26 and 27 to the user. |
