PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article exchange device and a point card system, with which article exchanging processing in the point card system is automated by utilizing Internet technology. SOLUTION: In this point card system, each of article exchange devices 1 set to member stores is connected to a managing server 2 on the Internet by a communication part 20, the information of an article exchange site is outputted to an information output part 30 and reported to a client and the client inputs required information while using an information input part 40 corresponding to the information of the article exchange site. Thus, processing for exchanging a cumulative point with an article is automatically performed by an article exchange processing part 50. |
