PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various software components to an end user without allowing an application service provider to develop application software by himself (or herself). SOLUTION: An information communication system is constituted of a core technology service provider(CTSP), an application service provider(ASP) and an end user terminal which can be mutually connected through a computer network. The CTSP stores an object to be the core of software to be used for the end user terminal and discloses an application programming interface(API) for utilizing the object. The ASP develops client software (AS) so that the AS is adapted to the API. The end user acquires the AS from the ASP, accesses the specific object through the API for utilizing the specific object and executes the software including the object. |
