PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preclude a monitored signal from being affected unfavorably even when a tip resistor RTIP is fluctuated. SOLUTION: A signal from an electronic element is supplied to a + input terminal of an amplifier 520 via the resistor RTIP and a transmission line 510 in the vicinity of the terminal of the electronic element. A reference voltage VREF is connected to a node VX via a terminal resistor RTERM, and also to a - input terminal of the amplifier for bias. The VREF is set to be substantially same to a reference level of an input signal in the input terminal.
