PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor which easily and promptly specifies a file to be backed up even out of many files. SOLUTION: When a parameter stored in an RAM 103 is stored as a file, a CPU 101 changes a file name inputted by the user to a file name formed by adding a code ' ' to the inputted file name, writes and stores it in a hard disk 110 by using a hard disk device 111. When the file is backed up, the file name is changed by deleting the sign ' ', the file is stored by writing it in a floppy (registered trademark) disk 120 with the file names after the change with a floppy disk device 112.
