PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always accurately detect and display the existence of liquid without performing a complicated setting change even if a kind of liquid is changed or the temperature changes. SOLUTION: Interelectrode electric potential between a reference electrode 29A and an earth electrode 41 when storing a drink up to an arranging position of the reference electrode 29A is determined, and this electric potential is set as reference electric potential. Interelectrode electric potential between the earth electrode 41 and respective liquid level detecting electrodes 29B, 29C, 29D and 29E is set as measuring electric potential, and the measuring electric potential is compared with the reference electric potential by a comparing- judging part 42 of a liquid level detecting circuit 31 to judge the existence of the drink. Respective display lamps 43B, 43C, 43D and 43E corresponding to the respective liquid level detecting electrodes 29B, 29C, 29D and 29E judged as the existence of the drink are lighted, and the respective display lamps 43B, 43C, 43D and 43E corresponding to the respective liquid level detecting electrodes 29B, 29C, 29D and 29E judged as the nonexistence of the drink are put out.
