摘要 PURPOSE: A structure of optical sensor for automatic fabric cutter is provided to reduce manufacturing procedures by eliminating the necessity of pulling out a warp from the fabric. CONSTITUTION: An optical sensor(5) is used for recognizing the position of a warp(11) of a fabric(1) which is produced in a cylindrical shape. A fabric guide(4) operates to locate the warp to the position where a cutter blade is installed, so as to cut and open the fabric along the warp by the cutter blade. The optical sensor includes a plurality of upper photo cells(51) arranged in parallel with each other, and a plurality of lower photo cells(52) arranged in parallel with each other. The upper photo cells and lower photo cells are disposed to be staggered from each other, in a direction where the fabric is cut. Thus, the direction where the fabric flows and number of warps are counted.
