PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device, a processing cartridge and an image forming device by which the supply of conductive fine powder in developer supplied on an image carrier is stabilized until last supply. SOLUTION: A developer storing part 4f is positioned on a lower side in a gravity direction than a rotary developing sleeve 4a, and a developer supply blade 4j is disposed at the center of the developer storing part 4f. Since the developer 4d is replenished to a development container part 4e by rotating in the direction of an arrow, the developer 4d is replenished from the developer storing part 4f when the developer 4d of the development container part 4e is reduced, and the conductive fine powder (m) in the developer 4d of the developer storing part 4f is gradually supplied to the development container part 4e, so that the supply of the conductive fine powder (m) in the developer 4d supplied on a photoreceptor 1 is stabilized until the last supply. |
