PURPOSE: Provided is a remote crime or disaster prevention system with a pc based which utilizes computer devices, telephone network or internet network to implement crime or disaster prevention so that it helps to protect one's property or life. CONSTITUTION: The remote crime or disaster prevention system with the pc based comprises the parts of: a camera detector which is placed in an area for crime or disaster prevention to photograph the area for printing out the image information and detecting move of a far-infrared radiating body or neighboring heat; and the pc which is connected to a communication network to run web browser and call the assigned person for transferring message for crime or disaster, if image information, move or heat detection information approaches to the assigned value.
