PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive plastic wrap film capable of clearly grasping the position of a cutting perforation in the plastic wrap film. SOLUTION: Both sides 2a and 2a of the cutting perforation 2 made in the plastic wrap film 1a are embossed. Embossed portions 3 and 3 on both sides of the perforation 2 do not overlap the perforation, but are located in the vicinity of the perforation 2 in a strip manner along the perforation 2. A surface of the plastic wrap film 1 is degraded in transparency due to the embossing so that upper and lower strips (the embossed portions 3 and 3) emitting the dim light are seen, and a part corresponding to the perforation 2 look glossy in a brightness-emphasized manner between two strips which are opaque and less glossy.
