SOLUTION: A mounting seat 22 of a shock-absorbing part 2 is fixed on a car body steel sheet 4 by pivotally supporting a pivotally supporting part 20 of the shock-absorbing part 2 on a grip body 1. It becomes needless to previously fix the shock-absorbing member on the car body steel sheet 4 by welding, etc.
