PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform highly accurate inspection of a charged quantity and check for a partial deficit in a character in inspection of printed characters on a label. SOLUTION: An image of a liquid level part of beer poured into a beer bottle 31 is picked up and image data is acquired. The image data is divided into a plurality of detection areas R1 to R5, and respective liquid levels h11 to h15 and bubble levels h21 to h25 of the respective areas R1 to R5 are detected. Based on the liquid level h13 and the bubble level h23 which are the medians among the levels, whether a quantity of the poured beer and the bubble level are in a specified range S is examined. In addition, after arrival of the beer bottle 31 is detected, an image of a back label 47 stuck to the bottle 31 is picked up to acquire its image data. After a mark of a manufacturing factory and information on a use-by date printed on the back label 47 are searched from the image data, other information is searched with the position of the former information as a reference position. Whether printed characters are good or not is determined based on a degree to which the searched data and registered data match. |
