<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for regenerating a non-halogen flame retarded resin composition molding containing a metal hydroxide as a flame retardant. SOLUTION: The method for regenerating a flame retardant from the above composition comprises a first process for dissolving the molding consisting of the non-halogen flame retardant resin composition incorporated with the metal hydroxide as the flame retardant with xylene, a second process of filtering the solution obtained in the first process for separating it to a first solid material and first filtrate, a third process of dissolving the first solid material again with xylene, filtering the solution for separating it to a second solid material and second filtrate, also as necessary, dissolving the second solid material again with xylene and filtering the solution for separating it to a third solid material and third filtrate, and a fourth process of drying the final solid material obtained in the third process.</p> |
