PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which ensures that data to be backed up at a RAM against power failure is as correct as possible. SOLUTION: In the game machine provided with a backup means for backing up the game state in case of the power failure, a control means detects the power failure to set a power failure flag and when the power failure flag is detected at S216 by an interrupt processing, at least a winning ball/dispensing ball detection processing at S219 is continued for a time length specified at S220. Thus, the state of the power failure will not start until winning balls are accurately counted as already paid out by the payout unit, the output capacity per ON period (one control) of a winning ball output motor or the like.
