PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device for a batter to be fried capable of successively transferring the batter before frying of the predetermined quantity into a frying frame of a fryer conveyor from a carrying conveyor at a correct timing without damaging the batter. SOLUTION: A slide relay plate 25 which receives the carried batter F, and is evacuated by the sliding action, and drops the received batter F into frying frames B, B, etc., of the fryer conveyor 30, a pusher plate 21 for forcibly urging the batter F, F, etc., on the carrying conveyor 10 onto the slide relay plate 25, and a stopper plate 26 for stopping and positioning the urged batter F on the slide relay plate are provided on a downstream end of the carrying conveyor 10 for carrying the batter F, F, etc., to the fryer conveyor 30. The frying frame B is carried downward of the slide relay plate 25, and the slide relay plate 25 which receives the batter F, F, etc., is evacuated to the stopper plate 26 side. |
