PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care bed with a shower toilet to be used conveniently allowing a person to take care of a nursed person such as the sick or the elderly effortlessly and allowing the nursed person to evacuate the bowels easily. SOLUTION: An opening 7, engaged with a mat center part 6 at the position corresponding to the hip position on a flat part at the center of a mat, is formed on a mat support board 3 and the mat 4, and a portable toilet 8 with a hot-water washer/hot air dryer is mounted below the opening 7 engaged with the mat center part 6. The mat center part 6 descends from the opening 7 based on the operation of a switch control part and retreats under the mat support board 3 to open the opening 7. Then, the portable toilet 8 with a hot-water washer/hot-air dryer ascends so that the seat surface 10 of the portable toilet 8 is inserted into/exposed from the opening 7.
