PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing bag well holding the visibility of an object to be housed, preventing the mutual adhesion of the mating surfaces of respective housing bags even if a plurality of the housing bags are superposed to be filed and reducing the tearing fear of the outer peripheral edge of the housing bag even if a thick object is housed, and a file. SOLUTION: The file 10 is constituted of a cover body 11 equipped with a binder 12 and a plurality of the housing bags 14 bound by the binder 12. Each of the housing bags 14 is equipped with front and rear sheets 30 and 31 comprising a soft resin sheet and has an opening part 25 at one end thereof. The surface side of the front sheet 30 is formed into a smooth surface 30A and the front side of the rear sheet 31 is formed into a satin surface and, by this constitution, even if a plurality of the housing bags 26 are superposed one upon another, the mating surfaces of them do not adhere mutually.
