DECORATIVE MATERIAL USING MACLEYA CORDATA AS MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diverse planer decorative object having a proper three- dimensional feeling and rich in rusticity using a dry material of Macleya cordata and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A decorative material using a Macleya cordata as a material is obtained by a method wherein either one of or both of fruit body shell pieces 1 and ear parts of Macleya cordata are continued to be appropriately overlapped with each other partially to be bonded to at least a part of target matter in a planar state and a member molded by pressed flower type pressure molding or dry flower type molding is arranged and bonded to the residual part of the matter.
