PURPOSE: An inversion preventing device of a display is provided to enhance the exterior view of a display by minimizing restrictions following the design of the external appearance and by enlarging an inversion preventing angle. CONSTITUTION: An inversion preventing device of a display comprises a planar protruding member(61) installed on a lower frame(53) of a display to protrude forward, a sensing member sensing an inverted angle of the display, and a driving unit protruding the protruding member forward to prevent the inversion of the display if the inverted angle sensed by the sensing unit is over a specific degree. Herein, the protruding member is usually adhered onto the lower frame and protruded out when the display is inverted. Therefore, the appearance of the display is improved.
