PURPOSE: A toilet soap composition is provided, to accelerate the circulation of blood of the skin, thereby inhibiting the aging of the skin, by using Kimberlite which is porous and emits the far infrared red ray. CONSTITUTION: The toilet soap composition comprises 10-15 wt% of Kimberlite. Preferably the toilet soap composition comprises a toilet soap base(containing 14 wt% of moisture); 10-15 wt% of Kimberlite; perfume; additional common additives selected from the group consisting of a dye, a disinfectant, an antiphlogistic agent, an antioxidizing agent, and a preservative; and optionally an inorganic dye and a synthetic polymer for improving the physical properties.
