PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store predicted position and predicted orbit of a mobile station in a system server by relating it with base station information. SOLUTION: This system for transmitting information related to the position of a mobile station in a radio communication facility is provided with a mobile station, capable of transmitting and receiving a signal with the wireless communication facility by using a code division multiple access technology and a system server capable of communicating with the wireless communication facility. Thus, the mobile station, such as a cellular system or PCS telephone and the system server in the wireless communication system can perform communication through the wireless communication facility by using a formatted message indicating the wireless communication facility state information.
