SOLUTION: The hot water floor heating device is formed that the hot water pipes of a plurality of panels 1 are interconnected through an interpanel feed pipe 3. The hot water floor heating device A is featured such that a tunnel 4 for piping for leading the interpanel feed pipe 3 in the panel 1 is formed and an elastic spacer 5 is situated below the interpanel feed pipe 3 in the tunnel 4 for piping.
