PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of a hose which will not deteriorate in sealing ability due to aging, and has superior durability. SOLUTION: In the connecting structure of a hose, a mounting block 24 is fixed to an engine block 10a. The mounting block 24 is provided with a mounting hole 25a in a block body 25. A sealing member 22 and a bellows portion 21 of a hose 20 are inserted into the mounting hole 25a. The bellows portion 21 is prevented from loosening, in a state compressed by a loosening- preventing member 28. A supporting body 30 is mounted on the outer periphery. The supporting body 30 supports the seal member 22 and limits deformation of the bellows portion 21.
