ELECTRONIC SETTLEMENT SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE: An electronic settlement system is provided to perform EC(Electronic Commerce) or settlement of small-amount money of a client according to an ID(Identification) or an OTP(One Time Password) of a smart card by using a wireless communication telephone number of the client. CONSTITUTION: The electronic settlement system consists of a subscriber ID management/check unit(10) requesting the credit estimation of a client according to the asked result to the client about OTP using of a smart card and checking the identity of the client by reading a wireless communication telephone number of the client, a subscriber ID generator(20) generating a new ID if the identity of the client is checked, a data communication unit(30) transmitting the new ID of the client to a PCS(Personal Communication System) of the client, a subscriber credit estimation unit(40) estimating the financial status of the client, an ID management unit(60) admitting EC and small-money settlement using an ID settlement system(50), and a fee calculation unit(70) calculating the communication fee together with the dealing data of the client.
