PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for performing a partial release contract obtained by dividing the contract content of a lease contract in real time. SOLUTION: When an object desired to be released is judged to exist, a lease company server 100 judges whether the application is given in the contract number unit of the lease contract or in the object number unit of the lease object being the object of the lease contract (steps S2009 and S2011).
