PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure the air quantity of cement-based material unhardened yet. SOLUTION: This air quantity measuring vessel 1 is mainly composed of a bottomed cylindrical vessel body 2 for storing fresh concrete as the cement- based material unhardened yet, a circular cone-shaped lid body 3 connectable watertightly to the vessel body, and a liquid level measuring pipe 4 projected on the top of the lid body 3 so as to be communicated with an internal space 13 formed by connecting watertightly the vessel body 2 and the lid body 3 mutually.
