PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make graspable a fund which can surely be operated by automatically collating the amount which should have been received with the amount which is actually received to an account. SOLUTION: Reception information obtained from a payment slip annexed to an account which a payer pays, a fund settlement master 12 is updated, information on an account reception amount which is actually received to the account of the company on a paid cost is inputted from an account collation notice center and a receiving/paying master 10 is updated. Received information stored in the fund settlement master 12 and account received amount stored in the receiving/paying master 10 are collated by a receiving information collation processing means 14 so as to check them. Then, a checked result is outputted by a result output means 19. |
