PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably fix a fixed member to an attaching surface in a state that the head of a rivet is not jointed to the attaching surface, and to reliably connect an attaching rod by eliminating any gap between the rear surface of the attaching rod and the attaching surface. SOLUTION: A main body 1 of a gutter supporter supporting the gutter 3 is provided forward; at the base end, a leg piece portion 91 of an attaching rod 9 provided with the leg piece portion extended downward is fitted to a recessed portion 13 of a fixed member 12 fixed to an attaching surface B of a wall surface or the like; a through-hole 16 formed at the fixed member 12 and a through-hole 10 formed to the leg piece portion 91 of the attaching rod 9 are aligned together; rivet 17 is forced to penetrated in the holes and caulked; and the fixed member 12 and the attaching rod 9 are fixed with the rivet 17 and a gutter supporting device A is formed; at the vicinity at the attaching surface B of the through-hole 10 formed at the leg piece portion 91 of the attaching rod 9, a bypass recess 92 is formed, which is able to house the head portion 17a of the rivet 17 to an extent that where the head portion 17a is not connected to the attaching surface B.
