<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interface for easily instructing display intentioned by a user in a picture display system for displaying a document constituted of plural pages by using plural picture display devices. SOLUTION: Areas having display meaning a front picture, a present picture, and a previous picture are arranged at the upper part of the screen of a console 10, and icons corresponding to picture display devices 21, 22, and 23 at the lower part of the screen are dragged-and-dropped on those areas so that the display devices for displaying the respective pictures can be set. At execution, an operation picture having two area, that is, a main area having a function similar to a normal web browser for acquiring and analyzing designated hyper text data, and for displaying the data as pictures and an icon area for displaying icons indicating the connected display devices is displayed in the console 10. A link displayed in the main area is dragged-and-dropped on those icons so that the data at the link destination can be displayed at the display device at the drop destination.</p> |
