PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventionally precipitation occurs with a phosphor during the setting of epoxy resin, resulting in irregular color, deviation in hue and the like of a finished LED lamp, since the phosphor is diffused in the epoxy resin constituting a lens, in the conventional manufacturing methods of the LED lamp. SOLUTION: An LED chip 3 is provided with an upright wall (cup 2a) surrounding it, and a phosphor 6 is injected while it is dispersed in a polymer 5 appropriately diluted with a solvent 5a, which is heated to evaporate solvent 5a. Thus, no precipitation takes place as the phosphor 6 is dispersed in the polymer 5 diluted with the solvent 5a to an appropriate concentration (viscosity), and this state is maintained to evaporate the solvent, resulting in no irregular dispersion which is caused by precipitation. |
