PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the wave front distortion of an output laser beam due to the heat of a flow cell forming a dye solution channel in a dye laser device. SOLUTION: In the dye laser device, the flow cell 18 is composed by a material being selected from magnesium fluoride (MgF2), calcite (CaCO3), crystal (SiO2), sapphire (Al2O3), diamond (C), and calcium fluoride (CaF2) that has a higher heat conduction rate than known crystal glass or a low temperature coefficient (dn/dt) that is the change in refraction index to temperature change, thus obtaining a dye laser beam with less wave front distortion and high transmission efficiency. |
