PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve delay of set time after recovery and trouble of timer reservation transmission due to delay. SOLUTION: A device comprises a backup power source 12 for blackout, timer means 10 drivable with the backup power source, memory means 11 backed-up by the backup power source, control means 1 storing the time counted with the timer means at every certain interval and a detection means 1 for detecting the time counted with the timer means driven by the backup power source. In the case that the time counted by detecting with the detection means is within a specific time, the time reflecting the counted time is set in the memory means. In the case that the counted time is longer than the specific time, an initialized time is set in the memory means. |
