PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easily and smoothly insert an electrical apparatus into a fitting recess, while effectively preventing contact failures and making a contact load larger than the load of the electrical apparatus. SOLUTION: The electrical apparatus is equipped with a secondary battery. The electrical apparatus is inserted into the fitting recess 4, that is formed in a charger 2 and opens upward, to bring the contact 7 thereof into contact with the charging terminal 5 exposed at the inner face of the fitting recess 4. The contact 7 is connected with the charging terminal 5, and the secondary battery is charged. The electrical apparatus has the contact 7, formed on the bottom of the case 6 thereof and inserted into the fitting recess 4 in the charger 2. Further, the electrical apparatus has the contact 7 inclined from the back face of the case 6 of the electrical apparatus. When the electrical apparatus is inserted into the fitting recess 4 in the charger 2, the inclined contact 7 is pressed against and brought into contact with the charging terminal 5 in the fitting recess 4.
