PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem such that a plurality of floating bodies are mounted on sheets to set afloat and extend the sheets on the sea when connec tion the sheets in an underwater laying sheet for connection the plurality of sheets on the sea and precipitating the sheets to cover reclaiming materials at the bottom of the sea and thereby the sheets can not be wound and folded and a large quantity of labor for a diver to remote all the many floating bodies is required when precipitating the sheets. SOLUTION: The sheets are characterized by providing the floating bodies deformable on a sheet main body, providing the floating bodies with connecting pieces at positions which are not directly brought into contact with the surface of the sea and connecting the adjacent connecting pieces each other in the air.
