PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and correct method for adjusting the tension of a wrapping member in a wrapping connector driving mechanism and its equipment. SOLUTION: The target of tension is set at the tension which stands, when the amplitude of transverse vibration of a toothed belt 305 becomes the largest, while a pulley (a driving side gear) 303 is made to make an exact reverse rotation at twice as much frequency as the natural vibration frequency, which corresponds to the target tension of the toothed belt 305 (a wrapping member), and the tension of the toothed belt 305 is made to change.
