PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to an exhaust particulate filter and spot outflow of smoke, even when an exhaust break valve is opened after completion of operation of an exhaust break. SOLUTION: In a vehicle provided with an exhaust break, a damper means 10 for absorbing an exhaust pressure of a prescribed value or more is arranged between the exhaust break valve 4 of an exhaust passage 3 of an internal combustion engine 1 and an exhaust particulate filters 6 and 7.
