PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method for organopolysiloxane capable of measuring the content rate of organopolysiloxane other than organopolysiloxane having two hydroxy groups on one terminal included in a composition including both the organopolysiloxane having two hydroxy groups on one terminal and the organopolysiloxane other than the organopolysiloxane having two hyroxy group on one terminal. SOLUTION: A polyurethane resin reactant obtained by reacting the composition including both the organopolysiloxane having two hydroxy groups on one terminal and the organopolysiloxane other than the organopolysiloxane having two hydroxy groups on one terminal with polyisocyanate having three isocyanate groups in a molecule is analyzed by gel permeation chromatography.
