PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To observe a plurality of observation points with different types of observation points at once then, to classify observation data into respective observation notes and to efficiently perform survey. SOLUTION: In this observation system, the observation points are observed at once on an every instrument point as they are arranged based on information of the types of the observation points, such as traverse points, boundary points, extrusion points, current situation points or the like by a field computer(FC). Information of an every type of the observation points is labelled to the observation data of each observation point obtained by the observation. After the observation, the observation data are transferred from the field computer(FC) to a host computer(HC). The observation data transferred are classified based on the information of an every type of the observation points and the respective observation notes, such as an observation note of the traverse points, an observation note of the boundary points, an observation note of the extrusion points, a draft of the current situation points or the like, are outputted by the host computer(HC).
